Black Radish and
Honey Remedy
Ingredients
1 medium black radish
2 tablespoons honey
Preparation
Wash the radish and cut the top.
Carve and remove the inner
flesh. Fill the interior with honey.
Put back the inner flesh on top
as a lid. Place the radish in a cup.
Refrigerate at least for 12 hours
(or overnight).
After 12 hours collect the honey
syrup from the cup. You may
consume this syrup every
morning all through winter
to help protect
from flu and infections.
